We will also provide training to our customer service team to ensure they are knowledgeable about accessibility and can respond to accessibility-related questions and concerns.
ENFORCEMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY:
Our company takes ADA compliance seriously. Non-compliance with accessibility standards will not be tolerated. Our company will investigate all accessibility-related complaints and take corrective action, as necessary. We will provide a mechanism for individuals to report accessibility issues and we will respond to these reports in a timely and respectful manner.
